こんにちは！
My name is Kelli-Ann Tanaka, and I am from Ewa Beach, Hawaii, about 20 miles south of downtown Honolulu. I have a little background in Japanese language from high school. Additionally, being from Hawaii, where there are several Japanese and Japanese Americans, I have been exposed to many facets of the Japanese culture. Still, I am interested in learning more about Japanese customs and traditions. Though I know Japanese is a rather difficult language to master, I am especially excited to improve my conversational skills in the language. I look forward to working hard in Japanese this semester!
